Can we switch between per-employee and per-usage billing?
Yes. Start on usage-based pricing and move to per-employee seats (or the reverse) at any renewal — your resources and data are untouched. Many customers run usage-based in early stages, then switch to seats once headcount stabilizes.
What does “per-employee” pricing actually include?
One flat price per employee unlocks every VeloNodes service — VPS, email, automation APIs, AI analysis, workflows and observability — with generous pooled usage allowances shared across your whole organization. No per-service add-ons to reconcile.
Where is our data stored, and who can see it?
You choose EU or US regions per workload. AI analysis runs against your data in isolation and is never used to train shared models. Enterprise plans add a signed DPA, data-residency guarantees and HIPAA options.
How hard is it to migrate off our current host?
Most teams migrate in a weekend. Our CLI imports servers, DNS and email domains, and our team will pair with you on larger moves at no cost. Automation APIs mean your existing IaC keeps working.
